During December Coach Lakisha committed to doing daily squats after seeing a "challenge" posted. She embraces the various journey's that are needed to reach your goals, so she took this simple act and began dipping her ship. Not only did she make the decision to do 50 squats, she upped it to 100 squats each day. She began to do them live on her page to keep herself accountable and then friends started joining in too. She was feeling good about the process she made during the month of December and decided why stop. You know the saying if it's not broken don't fix it.

Well Day #65 later, she is still squatting and is on a mission to do 100 squats for 100 days. With 35 more days to go she has women around the country squatting with her in their living rooms, bathrooms and bedrooms. It feels great to "dip my ship to make a wellness shift" she says. Knowing that she has inspired so many to take time to dip as well is just as rewarding as watching the inches melt away.
